Purpose of Meeting
Drop in to chat with the Dementia Care Specialist (DCS) from the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Southwest Wisconsin. The DCS offers support, education, and resources to those in the community impacted by dementia. Stop by to discuss your concerns about your own cognition, challenges you may face providing care for someone diagnosed with dementia, or just to learn more about the resources and education that are available!
